Ovzon has secured another contract from Intelsat General Corporation (IGC), U.S. The order is an extension of an existing contract for the OHO-2 satellite communication service until September 2019 and has a value of approx. MUSD 4,2.
”We are very happy to see continued demand for our OHO-2 service. Our goal is to launch our own satellites which has been previously communicated and that will increase the performance and coverage areas significantly. Until our own satellites are up and operational we continue to provide what we believe to be the best service on the market using leased capacity on third party satellites”, comments Per Wahlberg, CEO of Ovzon.
